Delete your Paper Maze account.

Paper Maze uses a device-based guest account — no email or password is required to play. You can permanently delete that account and its associated game data at any time.

Delete it in the app

This is the fastest and most secure option because your active guest session identifies the correct account.

  1. Open Paper Maze.
  2. From the home screen, open Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete player account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm Delete account.

The app confirms when deletion is complete. Creating a fresh guest account afterward does not restore the deleted profile.

Request deletion without the app

If you uninstalled Paper Maze or cannot open it, email our support team. Include:

  • your exact Paper Maze display name;
  • whether you played on iOS or Android;
  • the approximate date of your last match.

We may ask for additional details to locate and verify the correct guest profile. Never send a password, payment information, or a device identifier.

What deletion covers

The account goes. Its game data goes with it.

  • Device-based guest account and authentication links
  • Player display name
  • Matches, wins, losses and best-time statistics
  • Recent match history associated with the account
  • Other account-owned data stored by the Paper Maze backend

A small amount of operational data

What may remain temporarily

Limited security and server logs may be retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, fraud prevention, debugging and legal obligations. These logs are not used to recreate a deleted player profile.
